A new character from Shadow Story. But first let me tell you about how the story goes:

Shadow Story revolves around a world called ‘Solum’, which was separated between good and evil forces. The main setting of the story was at ‘Chrome Sanctuary’ which is located in ‘Astrum Empire’. In the world of Solum, ‘Ark Royale’ is the main protagonist who against the Chrome Sanctuary principled. They wanted to find a perfect human medium to channel all the power to fully revive ‘Regius’, a demon and creator of Ark Royale few hundred years ago. Regius nemesis, ‘Exterra’, was the founder of Chrome Sanctuary, planted a seed among the special human who will receive the power to guide their associate to fight against the Ark Royale. Those special human was called ‘Curator’ and they have a pair of wings to affirm that they are those who has been chosen by Exterra. Each Curator has their suppressor which are called ‘Nixus’.

‘Aegir Diluviare’ was the Shadow Story main hero and also a Nixus for Vio Disma. His lover, ‘Furielle Waltzer’ was a Curator for ‘Vincent Stimner’.

Carmen Vlerk, is a Chrome Sanctuary’s songstress. Her ability was more toward supporting her associate by singing. Since she was young, Carmen was an orphan at Chrome Sanctuary after she was rescued by the Astrum Empire Soldier when her Barlume Tribe village was destroyed by Ark Royale. She determined to be a Neo Curator (a Curator which was created by using a certain drug with a compatible body) but the test shows that she wasn’t compatible enough to withstand the drug effect. She’s then was pursued by Nicholas Waltzer when he heard her singing at the garden and wanted her to be the Chrome Sanctuary’s Songstress which was empower by a certain devices that will make her song raise the soldier fighting spirit. Carmen, without hesitate accept the invitation and the scientist found that her body may withstand against the strong waves coming from the devices.

Her equipment/weapon was simple; a microphone and an earphone. The reason she wanted to work at Chrome Sanctuary was she wanted to repay their kindness of all these years taking good care of her and also to find the Curator who saved her before handing her to the soldier. Because of her lack ability in fighting, Carmen was forced by Cleo Peridot to learn how to cast black and white magic. Carmen was very popular in Astrum Empire because of her powerful voice and enchanting beauty. She always believe in God and angel which also one of the reason she wanted to be Neo Curator. Her favorite accessories had always being involved with wings and angels.

Carmen Vlerk means " poem of the Wings ".
